Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to obtain reimbursement of delegate registration, all cancellations for the ENDA 13th Nursing Congress must be submitted in writing to: ana@conventuscredo.hr

Conference registration

  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing by June 12, 2017, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between June 12, 2017 and July 31, 2017, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between August 1, 2017 and September 11, 2017, will be refunded, less a 75% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing after September 12, 2017 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.

Hotel Accommodation

  • Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing by July 11, 2017, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing between July 12, 2017 and August 11, 2017, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing after September 12, 2017 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.

Social events

  • Cancellations of social events received in writing by July 11, 2017, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of social events received in writing between July 12, 2017 and August 11, 2017, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of social event received in writing between February 28, 2016 and April 4, 2016, will be refunded, less a 75% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations of social event received in writing after September 12, 2017, will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.
