Our first stop is a typical Istrian historical town situated on top of a hill above the fertile valley of the river Mirna. Tour of Motovun is with professional guide.After Motovun we continues towards nearby Livadama, little village which is the world's known as the center of truffles and which delights with its gastronomic offer. There you will be welcomed by our famous restaurateur in his Zigante restaurant where you will taste and enjoy the specialties of truffles.
After lunch in Livadama we are going in Grožnjan. Grožnjan in Croatia is known as the “town of artists” and is an ideal destination for one-day excursions filled with art, galleries and concerts. It is located in the hinterland in Istra’s west, near Brtonigla and Novigrad, only 15 kilometres away from the sea.
Grožnjan is a medieval town whose original beauty has been kept until today, through preserved old walls, forts, churches and monuments. The key moment in Grožnjan’s history happened at the beginning of the 20th century, when the railway arrived to the town, which was followed by an accelerated development of domestic oil productionand an intensified trade with neighbouring countries. Grožnjan became the town of artists in 1956. That is when they started to populate empty houses which the residents were forced to abandon and thus made sure the town did not perish. Full day excursion, October 15th Opatija – Pula – Poreč – boat ride

As largest Croatian peninsula Istria has been enchanting numerous visitors from all over the world for decades. Except for popular tourist destinations along the coast, more and more people are discovering the hidden beauties of inner part of the peninsula, fulfilling the picture of Istria as equaly a blue and green destination.
Your first stop is Pula, known for cultural-historic sites and events.
Through it's whole history Pula has been an important regional and economic center, as testified by numerous monuments scattered all over the city. The most important site is one of the most preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world and symbol of the city – the famous Pula Arena, once a site of bloody gladiator fighting, today a stage for some of the world's biggest musicians, often transformed into the world's oldest cinema.
After Pula we will depart by bus to Poreč, where we will board a ship for a two and a half hour panoramic cruise. Lunch will be served onboard.
We will sail past Vrsar and Rovinj and enter the Lim channel, one of the most beautiful parts of the Istrian peninsula. Channel is more then 10 kilometars long, with the dept of up to 30 meters and width more then 600 meters. It is very suitable for growing fish and clams.
After departing the ship, we will have a sightseeing of Poreč with a local guide.
Full day excursion, October 15th National Park Brijuni

The short journey and sightseeing of the Brijuni Islands leads you to discovering priceless natural richness guarded by the National Park Brijuni.
Brijuni consists of 14 islands that are famous for their preserved natural beauties and historical richness. The islands used to the residency of the Yugoslavian President Josip Broz Tito who enjoyed the zoo with numerous exotic animals such as zebras, camels and elephants, of which a part today freely walk the park. The most significant archaeological richness are the remains of a Roman rustic villa from the 1st century on Island Veli Brijun. We should also single out the Gothic church of St. German from the 15th century.
The day finishes by seeing the exhibition “Tito at the Brijuni Islands” which offers a unique view of the interesting part of the history of Istria. Visit the National Park Brijuni and enjoy mingling with wild animals from all part of the world in the heart of Europe.

Tours cost 10 €. Bus transportation will be provided. Please meet in the main lobby of the Milenij Hotel at 1:45 p.m. Buses will depart promptly at 2 p.m. Please note that spaces are limited and registration is required.
The Clinical Hospital Centre of Rijeka is one of five clinical hospital centers in Croatia and is the central hospital in this part of the Republic of Croatia. It is a regional hospital center covering three counties, providing medical care for approximately 600,000 inhabitants. At the same time, the Clinical Hospital Centre of Rijeka is a teaching and scientific-research base of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rijeka. Besides the management and the administrative-technical services, it consists of 17 clinics, 5 clinical institutes, 6 centers, 4 independent institutes, one independent department and the hospital pharmacy. The total capacity is 1,069 hospital beds and it employs 3082 employees.
In the Clinical Hospital Center of Rijeka more than 45,000 patients are hospitalized per year reaching some 300,000 hospital days. Around three million outpatient services are provided and some 600,000 outpatient visits, while in the day hospital around 160,000 hospital services are rendered.
The Clinical Hospital Centre of Rijeka is situated on three city locations (Rijeka, Sušak and Kantrida) and the tendency is to develop it – unite it "under one roof" in the newly built hospital in Sušak.
